Will it just give my child the answers?
Never to your child — that's the whole point. Parent Coach explains the question to you in plain words and gives you the exact questions to ask, so your child does the thinking; a private answer key at the end lets you check their work. Student mode guides one small step at a time and never hands over the final answer.
What does "fair use" mean on unlimited?
Genuinely unlimited for real family use. A soft daily ceiling protects us from bots and account-sharing abuse — no household doing homework ever hits it.
Which levels and subjects?
Maths from Primary 1 through Secondary 4 (Standard, Foundation and G1–G3 tracks), plus Science and English for Primary 1–6 — all aligned to the Singapore MOE syllabus, with CER answer coaching for Science open-ended questions.
Do I get locked into a subscription?
No. Plus is prepaid by PayNow — no card stored, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. Your plan simply runs to its end date, and you top up again only if you want to continue.
Is my child's data safe?
We never sell data and collect only what the service needs. Questions and photos are kept securely (photos auto-delete after 60 days) purely so we can review answer quality. See our Privacy Policy.
